Our ovens are designed following the requirements of our customers including production quality parameters, allowing the equipment to fit in the limited manufacturing space to perform temperature profile conforming batch curing and drying operations.

 

Burn-in Oven

Our Burn-in ovens and Test Racks are built complete with integrated power supplies, control backboards and vibration stress components for complete quality tests in one step.

 

Conveyor Oven

We design and build custom conveyor systems for integration with existing production lines for inline curing and drying processes.

 

Temperature/Data Recording Network Systems

Our equipment can be optionally supplied with recording systems that are independent of the control system, adding credibility to external auditing checks. The recorded data can also be applied on post-production tracing for quality assessments or when defects are returned to be studied.
